Short on time or want to reduce errors and rejections by the court? Concierge Service is for you. We provide Concierge Service for eFiling, Physical Court Services and Service of Process. With Concierge Service, our expert document specialists will review your documents and place your order for you.

Concierge Service includes the following:

Document Formatting and Assembly

Documents are not corrupted or password-protected
Visually inspect that font size and style are appropriate
Pages are correctly paginated
Summons matches the complaint
All mandated forms are attached
Exhibits are electronically bookmarked
Text is text-searchable

Document Details

Signatures and dates exist where required
Court locations and addresses are listed correctly
Names and parties match on documents
Case numbers match and documents are conformed, if applicable
Confirm document titles are correct
Confirm the correct document titles are selected (so fees are correctly paid to the court)

All you need to do is submit your court filing or service of process documents to One Stop Legal Center and our experts will handle the rest.

Important Notes Regarding Concierge Service:

We understand the time-sensitive nature of our client’s business. As such, we do everything we can to urgently process Concierge Service orders. However, due to the size, complexity and timing of your order(s), we cannot specify, nor guarantee, we can review your order as hastily as you require, although we will make every effort.

If we cannot reach you for answers to questions regarding your order and it is two hours before we will submit your order as requested. If your order is rejected for failure of one of the above items, please contact us for review and we will work with you to correct and resubmit your order.

If an order fails due to a customer error, resubmission is at the customer’s expense.

Finally, the scope of Concierge Service is limited to the items mentioned above. It is the sole responsibility of the eFiler to determine what fees are due and correctly note in request.

In order for One Stop Legal Center to fulfill your order, you must upload your documents by the appropriate county-specific deadline, which may be found in our calculator. You also must have a One Stop Legal Center account and provide you account number at time of submission.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders containing over 100 pages must be submitted to us one hour before the county-specific deadline. Same day eFiling orders must submitted by 3:30pm PST.
